Regeneration of the estate including the addition of 3 rooftop extensions to 3 blocks to provide an additional 25 residential units for social rent. A lightweight solution was devised to minimise loads onto the existing structure. Prefabricated floor, wall and ceiling cassettes were used for speed of construction and to minimise the disruption to existing residents.
