Waterside mixed-use landmark development set between the Bow Back River and Stratford High Street comprising 173 homes divided into three apartment blocks of 18, 9 and 5 storeys.
Each block has been designed to harmonise with one another whilst maintaining their own distinctive identity using various elevational treatments and materials including the use of reconstituted stone, brickwork and zinc cladding referencing the surrounding area and wider context.
The buildings are linked at first floor level via a landscaped podium providing shared amenity spaces and views to Marshgate Lane and across the Bow Back River and towpath.
The 18 storey element facing the high street will provide a prominent focal point to the northeast corner of the site marking the entrance to a future link bridge road to Marshgate lane to the north and offer a new connection to Sugar House Lane to the south.
